Thanks!:) That's my problem as well. Every time I see the APP structure(and I see it often as I work on this protein) I have to smile. And it's very difficult to explain people not familiar with my hobby why I'm laughing;)
It can actually be a very useful teaching aide. In class, I always represent NFkB as a butterfly because of its DNA-binding domain structure, and most of the students adopt that image.
